I just recently applied for a paid internship! This is great, except that it's a research program at the Milwaukee College of Engineering. For those that don't know, that's quite a ways away. It would be hard to turn down if I'm selected but I'm not sure if I can bring myself to leave my wife and family here for 9-10 weeks. Anyway, just a little nervous and wanted to vent.
